My Palm Pixi Updated

My Palm Pixi got it’s WebOS 1.4.5 update this morning.

It downloaded the update in the background and when I checked the “Updates” app it told me the update was ready to install.  After touching the install button, it took about 10 to 15 minutes for the update to install itself.  My phone restarted and everything was working.

I’ll report if I can tell a difference later. I’m hoping it gets a little speed boost.

WebOS update now arriving.

Photo I Took on Book Cover

Today I received the free copy of a book with a photo I took on the cover.  I’m very excited.  It is the first time a photo I took has ended up on the cover of a book.  The art director really made the cover look great.  The publishing company is Great Little Books.

The book title is The Longbridge Decision.  The photo on the cover is one I took while visiting the Texas Capitol building in Austin, TX.  You can find the book on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.  Below is a picture of the book I received with a picture of the back flap at the bottom of the picture.

Very funny.
